30-Hour Foundational Certification
"True transformation happens when we learn to move with both strength and grace."
This training is for...
Certified yoga teachers (all styles welcome)
Movement instructors seeking depth and specialization
Teachers wanting to offer transformational experiences
Practitioners drawn to warrior-yogi integration
You've built a solid foundation in your practice and teaching. You understand alignment. You guide breathwork skillfully. Your students appreciate your classes. But perhaps you've felt it—that quiet question:How can I help my students develop resilience that truly lasts? Not just physical strength, but mental clarity. Emotional steadiness. The kind of inner courage that carries them through life's challenges. The answer may lie in a practice that's been refined over 2,500 years—one that specifically blends yogic wisdom with warrior discipline. The Angam Method is that practice.
And this February, you have the opportunity to be among the first 10 yoga teachers certified in this lineage.

30-Hour Foundational Certification
Long before modern yoga studios, an ancient practice existed in Sri Lanka
called Angam Pora—a holistic discipline that united:
Yogic movement (mindful, flowing, intentional)
Martial technique (grounded, strategic, powerful)
Breathwork (controlled, deep, transformative)
Meditation (focused, present, clear)
King Ravana, the legendary warrior-king and devotee of Lord Shiva, is honored in this tradition as one who understood that external mastery begins with internal transformation.
The practice explores Shiva's archetypal forces:
Destruction (releasing what no longer serves)
Transformation (evolving through discipline)
Creation (building strength and resilience)
For centuries, this knowledge was guarded by the Gurus of the Kotte Angam Lineage, passed down through direct transmission. Now, this lineage is opening to yoga teachers—beginning with just 10 practitioners.

The yoga world has grown immensely, which is beautiful. But it also means differentiation matters.
Your students have options. They've taken many classes. They know the basic flows. What they're seeking now is depth:
Practices that build genuine resilience
Movement that feels both grounding and powerful
Tools to work with fear and challenge skillfully
A sense of connection to something ancient and meaningful
This training doesn't replace your yoga background—it elevates your teaching style.
Shiva Warrior Sequences that add dynamic strength work to your teaching repertoire
